Intellectual Property involved in the Fishy Fam NFT is owned by Surge XYZ LLC. All rights that are not specifically granted to the owners of Fishy Fam are reserved by Surge XYZ LLC. This includes but is not limited to the intellectual property rights surrounding the images, names, logos, art displayed on any of our social media, website, future content coming from Fishy Fam, and anything else not specifically granted from our Holder IP Rights.

### What You Own & What You Can Do With It: <a href="#block-b8cff14b471c45729b9c3804589f4f73" id="block-b8cff14b471c45729b9c3804589f4f73"></a>

Owning a Fishy Fam or DSC allows you to use the IP in any way you want up to $100,000 as long as it does not break any of the "IP Restrictions". If you're approaching that number or expect to go beyond it please reach out to the team and we’ll discuss a licensing deal for anything beyond that amount. This is to protect the brand and give the team at Fishy Fam an opportunity to jump in and help with expansion.

## What you can't use your IP for:&#x20;

* No derivatives using identical line work of the Fishy Fam character or traits
* No Smoking products
* No Alcohol products
* No Gambling products
* No Sex products
* No Hate products (Racism, Bigotry, Crime, etc.)
* No use of individual traits without permission from HBA or Zamzamee
* No use of the "Fishy Fam" or our logo on any products without permission
